Photo Booth Terms of Service
SERVICE CONTRACT
The following contract and its terms will set forth an agreement between Lola Snaps Photography (Provider) and form submitter (Client), for photo booth services for an event taking place on your event date. This written contract sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written and/ or oral agreements between the parties.
ACCESS, SPACE & POWER FOR PHOTO BOOTH
You are required to arrange for an appropriate space for the photo booth in the event space. You are responsible for providing power for the photo booth. The photo booth requires a 110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet from a reliable power source within 50 feet (along a wall) of the set-up area. The circuit must be free of all other connected loads. Any delay in the performance or damage to the photo booth equipment due to improper power is your responsibility. You shall provide crowd control if warranted and a safe and appropriate solid floor clear of food and beverages. This includes a 10′ x 10′ x 8’ area for set up and (2) 6ft. tables.
DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least 14 days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the payment will be forfeited and event cancelled. Any cancellation occurring less than 14 days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received.
DAMAGE TO PROVIDER’S EQUIPMENT
Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to Lola Snaps Photography’s Equipment caused by: a) Any misuse of the Provider’s Equipment by Client or its guests (invited or uninvited) or b) Any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood or earthquake). You acknowledge that Lola Snaps Photography shall have the right to decline service to client’s guest (invited or uninvited), for misuse, inappropriate photos or unruly behavior.
INTEGRATION & SEVERABILITY
This Agreement constitutes the final agreement between the Parties and replaces and supersedes all prior agreements. Neither you nor Lola Snaps Photography may modify this Agreement without the written consent of the other party. If any portion of this Agreement is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity will not alter the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Maryland. The parties consent and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Maryland.
